Is there anything more annoying than trying to highlight a section of something and you can get all of it or none of it but never just what you wanted?

I am not sure if WFTE is on the air, off the air or what. I also don’t know if my “Rising At Ten” shows are being aired. I can’t hear the station in my usual haunts (I didn’t think I would be able to) and a trip north to hear myself on the radio seems…vain?

I have a busy few days. In what free time I have from the NASCAR job (yesterday in an interesting move the NATIONWIDE cars practiced for 5.5 hours.) I have school quizzes to correct, resume’s to grade and a column to write. The column I think I wrote last night.

My older son down south has cut his grass more than once. We still have snow here where the grass is. A LOT of snow.

There are few things in life better than that first hit. Coffee is among those things that the first jolt is very satisfying. You can fill in you own.

Life and technology seem to have sped up recently. The space between birthdays is getting shorter and the two years between computers doubling speed and complexity (tip of the hard drive to Gordon Moore) seems to be shrinking as well. Soon time itself will disappear for me completely.

I think they call that death.
